I recently tried the Snapdown Snacks Beef Jerky Variety Pack and was genuinely impressed. The variety was great because it let me try a few different flavors instead of being stuck with just one, and each one had its own unique taste. I ordered a small bag of jerky and had an issue with the product. Sometimes things can go wrong but it’s how it’s handled and dealt with that shows the professionalism and respect within a company. I wasnt happy with what I received, I sent in a complaint with evidence, and was provided with a full refund and a sincere apology. I respect this company and wish you all the success
